Terms of Service

  • ULY&RO is an independent retailer with a physical store at 95 High Street, Forres, IV36 1AA and an online store with payments handled by SQUARESPACE Payments.

  • Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact to offer an alternative.

  • We send our deliveries via Royal Mail Tracked 48. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delivery delays or damages however we will endeavour to resolve any delivery issues with Royal Mail.

  • We will issue a refund if you are not completely happy with your order as long it is returned to us in brand new condition within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you contact us first by sending an email to hello@ulyandro.co.uk to notify us of the return in advance. Please note returns are at your own cost, we do not refund shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for loss/damage of any items returned.
